Role Overview

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through from initial consultation to project completion.
Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and effectively showcase the advantages of our products.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and client communications, using our system.

Requirement

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
Great work ethic, initiative, honest and trustworthy, detail-focused, ability to work under pressure, and a great attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role Overview: 

Are you driven by a passion for design and eager to embark on a journey of learning and growth? Join our team where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping projects from initial concept to fruition. Supported by experienced mentors, you'll engage in the design and documentation process, collaborating closely with our Sales team to align with client objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass concept designs, along with producing the documentation required to secure the necessary consents, liaising with authorities and industry professionals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Participate in projects from concept development through the design and documentation phases. 
Collaborate with the Sales team to refine and tailor concept designs to meet client requirements. 
Prepare and manage resource consent, building consent, and related documentation, being supported and mentored along the way. 
Act as a point of contact for council queries and information requests, ensuring timely responses. 
Foster relationships with Territorial Authorities, consultants, contractors, and industry representatives. 

Skills and Experience: 

Demonstrated passion for architecture, design, and professional development. 
Proficiency in conceptual design applicable to residential construction, with practical work experience preferred. 
Familiarity with NZS3604 and New Zealand Building Code requirements. 
Understanding of local council planning regulations and district plans, particularly in the Canterbury region. 
Ability to produce comprehensive sets of working drawings and documentation with guidance where required. 
Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines. 
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. 
Formal qualifications such as NZDAT or equivalent are essential. 
Proficiency in ArchiCAD V27 is required; Twin Motion or similar rendering skills are advantageous. 
Permanent residency in New Zealand or a valid NZ work permit is essential for consideration.

As a member of our warranty crew, you will play a vital role in upholding our reputation for excellence by providing prompt and efficient resolution to any post-construction concerns or issues that may arise.

Role

Customer Service Coordinator/Warranty Inspector/Kevler Care Coordinator

Requirement

Conducting thorough walk-through inspections of completed residential projects to identify any warranty issues or homeowner concerns.
Conducting handover meetings with the owner to orientate the scope of Kevler Care
Draft up walk-through inspection report to ensure office personnel is kept informed.
Resolve minor maintenance issues around the house while attending walk throughs. 
Documenting and addressing any homeowner concerns or warranty requests.
Document and assess the nature and extent of warranty requests or defects, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained.
Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to schedule and complete necessary repairs or replacements as necessary.
Collaborate with the warranty team and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Updating and maintaining accurate records of warranty-related activities on our project management platform (e.g., BuilderTrend).
Utilize project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend) to update and maintain accurate records of warranty-related activities and communications.
Communicating effectively with homeowners to address their concerns, ensure their satisfaction and timely resolution of warranty issues for their peace of mind.
Train and support clients in the use of BuilderTrend, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Generate reports and analyse data within BuilderTrend to identify number of claims resolved, PM KPI reports and efficiency report.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction project management or administration, with specific experience using BuilderTrend or similar project management software preferred.
Strong technical skills to identify or analyse the cause of any issues around the house.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with homeowners and subcontractors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend) is a plus.
